Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Element Battle at none against CleanUpTown's shown. Element Battle also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). CleanUpTown's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 8 months) and ratings volume (63 vs 3). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
