The core tools serious construction teams use to elevate their projects. Orientation | Learning Management | Access Control | Safety | COER & LOTO | Daily Reporting | Deliveries SiteForm automates the processes that drain your resources, so your team spends less time on paperwork and more time building. Projects using SiteForm cut reporting time by 65% on average. Full two-way translation runs across the entire platform, so language is never a barrier between you, your workforce, and your reports. ORIENTATION: Onboard every worker at your gate, in person or online, in their language. Drug tests and background checks are tracked automatically. LEARNING MANAGEMENT: Train your workforce from one place. Assign courses, track completions, and manage every worker’s certifications with expiration alerts, so you know who’s qualified before they start the task. ACCESS CONTROL: Know who’s on your site. Only oriented, qualified workers get through the gate. SAFETY: Pre-Task Plans with audio recording, so crews talk through the plan instead of filling in blanks. SSSPs, JHAs, Field Permits, Toolbox Talks, Inspections, and SDS. Report safety observations and manage incidents from the field. When OSHA visits, it’s all at your fingertips. COER & LOTO: Manage Change of Energy and Lockout/Tagout digitally. Track every isolation point, lock, and release so energized work is controlled, documented, and verified. DAILY REPORTS: Complete daily reports without double (or manual) entry. Manpower flows into Procore automatically. DELIVERIES: A shared delivery calendar for access points and equipment. No double-booking, built-in approvals, and completed deliveries pushed to Procore. WORKFLOWS & DOCUMENTS: Customize workflows and approvals to match how your project runs. Keep project documents organized and available to everyone in the field. SITEALERTS: Text every worker on site in seconds. Use it for emergencies, severe weather, and site closures. SITE CHAT: Individual and group chats for logistics, hazards, and day-to-day coordination. Turn any message into a to-do. BUILD LIKE A PROFESSIONAL.
