Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is monetization model: VUEWorks at free against Axon's subscription. VUEWorks also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Axon's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.4) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
