Track your hours and what you earn across multiple jobs, clients, or projects, then send an invoice in a few taps. FreedomTimeCard is a time tracking app for people with more than one source of income: side jobs, gig work, freelance clients, consulting, project work, contract shifts. Start a timer when you begin, stop it when you finish, and the app records the hours, applies the right pay, and shows you what you made. SEND AN INVOICE IN A FEW TAPS When a pay period ends, or a job is done, send it straight from the app: • A PDF invoice with your business name, logo, and payment details, your client's billing details, and a due date • Or a quick text or email with the hours and pay, or just the hours • Bill several jobs for the same client together on one invoice • Custom invoices: pick exactly the sessions to bill for a client, across jobs and dates • Keep each client's details in one place • See what's outstanding, mark invoices paid, and void one sent by mistake • A reminder on the dashboard when a pay period ends MADE FOR MULTIPLE JOBS Every job you set up gets its own timer, its own pay, and its own rules. Run more than one at a time if your work overlaps. Each job carries: • Its own pay: by the hour, a flat amount per visit, or a flat amount for the whole job • Its own rounding, to the minute or up to the next 15, 30 or 60 minute increment • Its own pay period, weekly, biweekly, semimonthly or monthly • An optional payment lag, for work you invoice now and get paid for later Your rate and rounding are recorded onto each session as you stop it, so changing a rate later never rewrites what you already earned. YOUR DATA, IN YOUR GOOGLE DRIVE Everything the app records, including every invoice you send, is written to a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive. Not our servers. We have no copy and no way to read it. That means your timesheet is yours in a way most apps can't offer. Open it in Google Sheets on any device. Sort it, chart it, hand it to an accountant, or keep it after you stop using the app. It stays readable whether or not you subscribe. SEE WHAT YOU ACTUALLY MADE Watch your earnings climb while a timer runs. The dashboard shows each job's current pay period, with hours, gross pay, and year to date. Enter your own federal, self-employment and state rates and the app shows what to set aside from each period, so a tax bill is something you planned for rather than something that arrives. BUILT FOR HOW THE WORK ACTUALLY HAPPENS • Timers keep running when you close the app, and survive a restart • The running job and elapsed time on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island • Clock out with no signal and the session is saved on your phone, then synced when you're back • A reminder if a timer has been running longer than you meant • Edit or delete any session afterwards • A fresh sheet each calendar year, with your jobs and clients carried over TRY IT FIRST Tap Explore with Sample Data to try the whole app on example data before signing in. Nothing you do in the demo is saved. NO ADS, NO TRACKING, NO SELLING YOUR DATA There is no advertising in this app and no advertising software in it. We do not sell or share your information. Crash and usage reporting can be switched off in Settings, and never includes your hours, rates or earnings. Your first session is free. After that FreedomTimeCard is $2.99 per month or $29.99 per year, with a one month free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Terms of Use: https://freedomfinancialapps.com/freedomtimecard/terms Privacy Policy: https://freedomfinancialapps.com/freedomtimecard/privacy FreedomTimeCard is a time and pay tracking tool. It is not a payroll provider, an employer of record, or a tax service, and its tax figures are simplified estimates based on rates you enter, not tax advice.
