Vishal K. Dar’s Twilight Engines is a part of an ambitious global project: Edge of See. The app activates a series of site-specific sculptures that push our senses of vision, scale, motion, and time. Dar brings his primary question — What is the edge of sight? — to the abandoned structures of the Marin Headlands, using technology to overlay former military batteries with these “engines”. The app augments the disconnect between the site’s past and present to insert sculptural experiences that change the way the viewer sees, thinks about, and relates to the location. Moving through the liminal spaces of military sites and screen, Dar’s “engines” unlock a world of other realities.

Wobbly Generative Art is a curated gallery of mesmerizing generative art animations — flow fields, particle systems, fractals, physics simulations, and more — all running in real-time on your device. EXPLORE & DISCOVER Browse a beautiful gallery of wobbles organized by style. Filter by category — particles, geometric, organic, physics, noise — or search by name. Save your favorites for quick access. A rainbow-shifting Liquid Glass interface makes browsing feel as alive as the art itself. TOUCH & TILT Every wobble responds to your touch — drag, tap, and swipe to shape the animation in real time. Your phone's gyroscope adds another dimension: tilt your device and watch the art follow your movements. Light touches create subtle shifts; firm presses push the visuals further. It's generative art that feels physical. CUSTOMIZE & SAVE Make each wobble your own. Choose from six color themes — Amber, Mono, Blue, Rose, Emerald, and Arctic. Adjust parameters like speed, intensity, and particle count with precision sliders. Your customizations are saved per wobble and remembered between sessions — come back to exactly the setup you love. LIVE WALLPAPERS Turn any wobble into a Live Photo wallpaper. Capture 5 seconds of animation and save it directly to your photo library — then set it as your lock screen for a one-of-a-kind animated wallpaper that no one else has. AMBIENT MODE Transform your device into a living art display. Ambient mode cycles through your favorite wobbles with smooth cross-fade transitions — each one playing with your saved customizations. A minimal clock keeps time, the screen auto-dims for nighttime use, and the gyroscope makes the art drift with your breathing. Perfect for your nightstand, desk, or as a conversation piece.
