Pocket Habit Tracker — Build Habits That Actually Stick Pocket Habit Tracker is a habit tracker designed for one simple problem: you want to stay consistent… but you can’t. Instead of asking you to “try harder,” it helps you win with a system—so your habits don’t depend on motivation. Work out. Study. Read. Wake up earlier. Journal. Stretch. Anything goes. Just log one win today, and your streaks and progress start stacking up—turning effort into real confidence. Does this sound like you? • You start strong… then fall off after a few days • You do want to do it—but you forget • You get bored because you can’t feel progress • You want to see what you did and how consistent you’ve been—clearly Pocket Habit Tracker helps you build the flow before you chase big goals. It makes your “done” visible, gives you a way to get back on track, and protects your momentum with progress you can actually see. Key Features One-tap logging Check off what you did today in seconds. Less friction = more consistency. Visual progress that feels good See your streaks and completion at a glance—so you get that “I’m building something” momentum. Stats & insights Track completion rates and patterns to prove you’re improving—with numbers, not vibes. Reminders that bring you back Gentle nudges at the right time so busy days don’t break your streak. Focus timer (Pomodoro) Break work into focused sprints with built-in breaks. The timer keeps running even if you leave the app, and you’ll get a notification when time’s up. What We Believe Don’t chase perfection. One minute counts. One rep counts. One checkmark counts. Miss a day? That doesn’t erase your progress. It’s not “zero.” It’s simply a reset point you can return to—without guilt. How It Works 1. Add a habit you want to stick with 2. Check it off when you do it 3. Watch your progress stack up—and use it to fuel your next win Life is busy. Motivation goes up and down. The people who stay consistent aren’t “more disciplined.” They just have a better system. Build yours with Pocket Habit Tracker.
