Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Saunatica Sauna at 5.0 against The 12's 3.1. Saunatica Sauna also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). The 12's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (16 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
