MeetMax LeadTracker vs Machaon Advanced Scanner

Welcome to the MeetMax LeadTracker app, a product of TWST Events. The app will allow you to use your phone's camera to scan QR codes which have been generated onto badges printed by the MeetMax Badging service. Once you've scanned a lead, you can tap their name in the list to open up the lead qualifier form and save additional details. All of the data saved in the app will be sent back to the MeetMax web application. To access the data, simply log in to your Company's profile in MeetMax and navigate to the Leads page where you will be able to see your scanned leads, as well as update their lead qualifier data, and download all lead data into a spreadsheet. Once you've installed the app simply enter your company-specific Access Code provided by the event host and then tap the "Scan QR Code" button to get started.

Marketing lead tracker for Machaon tradeshow vendors and their designated assistants. Application allows you to scan participant badge QR codes so that you can export and receive participant data via email in .csv format. Scanned information may be searched to quickly locate participants by name, title, and/or company. Captured leads may be individually augmented by user-entered notes. This application replaces previous Machaon Badge Scanner applications and should be used for all Machaon-sponsored events. This application requires an event-specific activation key to enable badge scanning. To activate click on the Settings menu, then click the Activate Scanner menu and follow the app-provided instructions.
