Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Up Hellas at 100% against S Mobile Cloud's 23%. Up Hellas also leads on update cadence (every 3 months vs every 8 months) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). S Mobile Cloud's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (12.4 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
S Mobile Cloud holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Up Hellas has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Up Hellas's written reviews are positive against 23% of S Mobile Cloud's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Up Hellas ships an update every 3 months, S Mobile Cloud every 8 months. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
