i-Reach Mobile, Micro Learning app designed to deliver micro learning courses. The e-Learning administrators are able to create Learning Capsules. A Learning Capsule is a focused learning nugget (often 3-5 min's long or shorter) that is designed using video, audio, text and graphics to meet a specific learning outcome. One such Learning Capsule can contain a Learning Reinforcement or two. A traditional training course can be decomposed into a few Micro learning courses. Just install the i-Reach Mobile app and include URL given by your company to activate the mobile app and use your mobile number to login to the app
