The clearest difference is update cadence: Bootcamp.com at every 6 weeks against BaptistU MyCampus's every 36 months. Bootcamp.com also leads on ratings volume (18K vs 7). BaptistU MyCampus's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 86%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for BaptistU MyCampus against 4.9 for Bootcamp.com. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bootcamp.com has 18K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.
