Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Lockec Smart at none against Locketch's shown. Lockec Smart also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and ratings volume (13 vs 2). Locketch's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
