Create your profile and access, organize, and book your training & physiotherapy sessions according to your needs and the real-time availability of our team. Search: - Access a detailed database of our experienced personal trainers, knowledgeable physiotherapists, and exciting in-house activities. Get informed: - View the biography and qualifications of all of our personal trainers and physiotherapists - Access a helpful summary of each and every one of the directed activities at DiR Choose: - Access the availability of our personal trainers and physiotherapists in real time. - Check the schedule for directed activities that interest you and reserve your place Book: - In the case of personal trainers and physiotherapists, ask for an appointment with whom you are most interested and choose between their available time slots in the menu of the MyDiR app. You’ll receive a booking confirmation straight to your app and email! - In the case of the group classes, reserve your place instantly and forget about having to queue at reception. Class booking is made available 5 days before the activity takes place and a reservation can be made any time up to 10 minutes before the class begins! In addition, if a session that interests you is full, if you go into the wait list, the MyDiR app will notify you when there is any free space at any time and then you can book it! Your reservations will be registered in your personal agenda, so you view your upcoming bookings at any time. You also have a stopwatch available within MyDiR to accurately track your routines. L'app Althaia és l’aplicació mòbil de la Fundació Althaia que proporciona a l'usuari un accés a la informació referent als seus centres i serveis de manera fàcil i intuïtiva. També permet consultar els dispositius d'urgències i el temps d'espera de cada un, notícies, activitats de mecenatge, avisos i molt més. Igualment compta amb un bloc definit com a ‘Grups de pacients’ que facilita continguts de qualitat, fiables i útils que permeten obtenir informació de salut contrastada pels nostres professionals sobre diferents àmbits com la maternitat, pediatria, oncologia, malalties renals o diabetis, entre altres). Sempre que l'usuari s'hagi subscrit a un d’aquests grups es notificaran les actualitzacions. Amb la nova versió de l'aplicació, es pretén fer més accessible i còmoda l’activitat i alguns tràmits a l'hospital. Per això, l'app Althaia incorpora una ‘Àrea personal’ que conté les citacions de visita i proves de cada usuari, amb informació sobre la preparació a realitzar, si s'escau. Mitjançant aquest espai, l'usuari té la possibilitat de sol·licitar un canvi o una anul·lació de les visites. Disposa d'un calendari on es mostren les properes cites i un històric de visites/proves ja realitzades des d'on descarregar-se un justificant. L'usuari principal, prèvia autorització i/o acreditació de la potestat, podrà incorporar al seu perfil, altres persones al seu càrrec (pares, fills, parella, etc.) de qui hagi de portar un control de la planificació de visites i proves. Per completar la informació mèdica personal, l'usuari podrà connectar, des de l'app Althaia, al portal de salut ‘La Meva Salut’ del Servei Català de la Salut.
