Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Volkano Active at 4.7 against Health's 3.0. Volkano Active also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ratings volume (12 vs 1). Health's advantage is update cadence (every 11 days vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
