IJM Training Training is an easy-to-use hosted Learning Management System (LMS) for Flight Crew. UAT’s courseware is developed by current industry Flight Crew who are actively involved in the current operational and commercial environment. The content is custom developed to ensure compliance to company and authority compliance. UAT uses advanced technological systems to streamline access, security and availability to pilots around the world. Courses can be downloaded for offline access where Internet connection is not available. The LMS is an easy simple tracking system structured to be able to automatically notify users and administrators when upcoming courses are expiring, when a course has expired and when courses have been completed. Certificates are automatically generated on course completion and sent to the course administrator.
