Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: RB Leipzig at every 3 weeks against Lok Leipzig's every 2 months. Lok Leipzig's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 90%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
