Verdict
Lulus and Colette Boutique both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Colette Boutique's written reviews are positive against 47% of Lulus's. Colette Boutique also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Lulus's advantage is ratings volume (59K vs 4). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.
