Let's bring out the potential of your brain movement with 5 MITRE! 5 MITRE feature 2 type of training 1. Number Tree =================================================== Solving simple problems as quickly as possible is a trick to activate and train the brain. Considering the use in places where writing is impossible, such as within a commuter train, we prepared a problem of repeating mental arithmetic without writing the answers of each calculation and deriving the final answer. Number Tree can be used in the following two ways depending on the use purpose. Brain Anti Aging Training ------------------------- It is training to maintain or improve the "basic physical strength" of the brain. Daily training in 5 minutes with a number tree. The time of commuting to school or to office in the morning is the optimal time zone for training of the brain. Brain warm-up training ------------------------- It is training to bring out the potential of your brain in a few minutes. If you do the training before starting or after lunch, sleepiness will blow, concentration will increase. In addition to increasing your concentration, you will also improve judgment and processing power necessary to cope with various problems with various challenges. Also, if you do before you start studying for exams, you will be able to memorize more things because memory is enhanced. 2. Memory Test =================================================== It tests how many alphanumeric characters and symbols can be memorized in two minutes. Use it as an index to check the current condition of the brain. First of all, do a test one time before starting training, then test after every five training. If you do it on a regular basis, you will see a change in how your brain works.

EYE EXERCISES FOR READING, FINE PRINT AND SCREENS Small print on a label. A menu in a dim restaurant. Pale gray text on a bright screen. Visionary turns the kind of detail you read every day into short, focused exercises you can practice a few minutes a day. Seeing is teamwork between your eyes and your brain: your eyes take in the light, and your brain interprets what they send. Visionary's exercises let you practice that interpreting, with letters, words, contrast and fine detail. A FEW MINUTES A DAY, AT YOUR PACE • Short sessions: quick rounds that fit beside your morning coffee or into your evening routine, with an optional daily reminder at a time you choose. • A plan around your goals: choose what you'd like to work on, and your daily session leans toward the matching exercises, such as reading, fine detail or visual search. You can change your goals any time in Settings. • Adapts as you go: get one right and the next gets a little harder; miss one and it eases off, so practice stays challenging but doable. • 23 exercises: tilted Gabor stripes and Gabor matching challenges, faint contrast patterns, letters, words and sentences, soft-focus text, search-and-find, Neural Pattern Match and Pattern Studio, and eye-movement exercises. • Follow your practice: see your level and personal best in each exercise, earn a star when progress in that exercise is confirmed, and keep your streak going on the days you practice. • In-app checks: a Near Detail Check and a Reading Check you can repeat under the same setup to compare your own results. Neither is an eye exam. INSPIRED BY PERCEPTUAL-LEARNING RESEARCH Perceptual-learning research studies how adults get better at specific visual tasks with practice. Visionary borrows its tools, like Gabor patches: the striped patterns vision scientists use to study how the brain handles contrast. The studies didn't test Visionary, and doing better in an exercise isn't the same as better eyesight. PRIVACY & PRICING • Training works without an account. Sign in with Apple or email only if you want your progress backed up across iPhones. You can delete your account and your training data at any time. • If you start a free trial and notifications are on, we'll remind you before it ends. • Vision Access Pledge: if cost is a barrier, ask us for a free year. Download Visionary and start your first session today. Visionary is a wellness app for practicing visual skills.
