Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: SmartPref Pro at 70% against VBelote's 0%. SmartPref Pro also leads on rating (4.8 vs 3.2) and ratings volume (245 vs 10). VBelote's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.5). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
