Eight Doc Scan is a complimentary App for current subscribers to Eight, a software as a service human resource assistant offer from Arc Technologies, LLC. It only works in conjunction with the online use of Eight to assistant in the capture and storage of document images. The App enables user to: 1) Scan a QSR code on an updated I9 Doc task. 2) Form is presented immediately after completion of I9 as part of a new hire task. 3) From the Eight App, employer scans QSR Code on the PC Screen with their mobile device. This correlates to the current new hire that is being processed. 4) Employer is then asked to take pictures of the I9 Docs presented to them. 5) Once the images have been submitted, and pushed to the new hire package, the user can move to the next new hire form in the New Hire package. 6) Pictures taken of the I9 Docs are never stored on the hard drive of the PC, phone, or tablet device.
