Here2Help is a pocket guide that may be able to give you some direction or help to your situation, if you are worried about someone or if you are feeling the pressure of life. Then Help is here and support is available… If you wish to get in touch with Here2Help, you can use our contact form. Each and every one of us can feel like things are getting on top of us, but it’s important to recognise the signs that suggest what you’re feeling is becoming a problem. Maybe you’re having trouble sleeping, or you’ve lost interest in the things you usually enjoy. You might find yourself overreacting to things, or have difficulty concentrating. All these things could be a sign of deeper problems under the surface. If you’re feeling like this, the right support can help recovery and help you to regain a positive outlook on life. If you’re looking for advice on how to stay on top of tough times, or if you’re concerned about yourself, concerned about others or just want to be aware of the issue of mental health, then this app is for you.
