Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: OCPAA at none against Hollywood Connection's shown. OCPAA also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Hollywood Connection's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (124 vs 6). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
