Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: NCISAA Golf at 5.0 against HJGT's 3.2. HJGT's advantage is ratings volume (20 vs 2) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
