Writer's Secret is a tool for helping you to find the right word. No, it's not a Thesaurus, though we think you'll pretty quickly be using it just as often! Ok, so what does it do then? Put simply, Writer's Secret finds words that go with other words. Huh? How does it work? Imagine you're writing about bees, and you wanted to say that all the bees were flying together... What is that word again? You try putting 'fly' into Thesaurus - but nope. You can't find the right word. Hmm... This is a job for Writer's Secret! Type the word 'bees' into Writer's Secret, and request 'verbs' 'that follow'... Of course, that's it! 'Swarm'! A unique and invaluable app for writers, students or non-native speakers. Writer's Secret finds associations between words by exploring Google's massive database of books in their Google Books Ngrams data set. How much does it cost? Use Writer's Secret absolutely free and obligation free for 14 days. To continue using Writer's Secret after this time, you will be requested to make a small in-app purchase.

Random Things Generator holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 33 and 60 respectively.
