Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: myWB at none against Bookmarks's 4. myWB also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 75%) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months). Bookmarks's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and device support (5 vs 3). On price, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bookmarks sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. myWB asks for nothing beyond the download.
Bookmarks holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 9 and 14 respectively.
