„CLP“ ist die kostenlose Warn- und Notfall-App für den Landkreis Cloppenburg. Aktuelle Informationen, Warnungen und Notfallhinweise erhalten Sie direkt auf Ihr Smartphone – auf Wunsch mit zusätzlicher Push-Benachrichtigung. Die App wurde auf der Basis der kostenfreien, bundesweiten Notfall-App BIWAPP erarbeitet und um einige Cloppenburg-spezifische Kategorien ergänzt. Über das bundesweite amtliche Modulare Warnsystem (MoWaS) erzeugte Meldungen sind ebenso integriert wie Warnhinweise des Deutschen Wetterdienstes und ein Link zum (Pegelportal). Sie können individuell festlegen, über welche Themen Sie informiert werden möchten. Die Meldungen werden vom Landkreis Cloppenburg und weiteren Partnern versendet. Hinweise in der App ersetzen nicht die Anweisungen von Behörden, der Polizei und weiteren Einsatzkräften vor Ort. Für die Nutzung von CLP! und den Empfang von Informationen ist eine Datenverbindung (mobil oder über W-LAN) erforderlich. Hierdurch können Kosten bei Ihrem jeweiligen Diensteanbieter entstehen. Zur Nutzung der Ortungsfunktion müssen die Ortungsdienste auf Ihrem Smartphone aktiviert sein.
