Quick List is the fastest way to capture what's on your mind. Tap the microphone, speak naturally, and Quick List sorts what you said into your shopping list, to-do list, or calendar — automatically. Say "buy milk and eggs" — it goes to your shopping list. Say "pick up dry cleaning Friday" — it goes to your to-do list with the date. Say "dinner with Sarah Tuesday at 7 PM at Luigi's" — it goes to your calendar. No menus. No taps to decide where things belong. Just talk. WHAT'S INSIDE Shopping List • Add items by voice or by hand, with quantities and optional emojis • Smart deduplication and singular/plural matching ("milk" said twice stays one entry) • One-tap checkoff and quick clear when you're done To-Do List • Due dates, notes, and a one-swipe Done • Sort by added order, due date, or alphabetically • Persistent across launches Calendar • See your next two weeks of events right on the home screen • Voice-created events open the system calendar pre-filled — review before saving • Works with all the calendars you already use on your device PRIVACY Voice is transcribed entirely by Apple's built-in Speech framework. Only the resulting text is sent for parsing. No accounts, no sign-in, no names or emails collected. Your lists stay on your device. Quick List is free, supported by banner ads. We never sell or share your data.
