Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Parallel at 4.6 against IGG Hub's 1.7. Parallel also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (51% vs 24%). IGG Hub's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
