Mopiq is free to download; LivExtreme App costs $7.99 up front. Mopiq sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. LivExtreme App asks for nothing beyond the download.
Mopiq holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mopiq has 1.4K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of LivExtreme App's written reviews are positive against 69% of Mopiq's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
LivExtreme App ships an update every 21 months, Mopiq weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
