Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: BT at 5.0 against Scribenote's 4.5. BT also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (12.1 vs 16.0). Scribenote's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks) and ratings volume (13 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
