Any face-up card can be moved onto another card on the Tableaus if it is in descending order of alternating colors, e.g. 8 of Hearts on a 9 of clubs or Jack of spades on Q of Diamonds. You can also move multiple cards at a time if they are already in descending order of alternating colors. In addition to using cards from the Tableaus, you can also play cards out of the Stock/Deck. You can choose (in settings) if you would like to pull 3 cards or 1 card at a time from the Stock. When a Tableau column is completely empty, the available space can be filled with a King. As they become available, cards from Ace to King can be moved from the Stock or the Tableaus to the Foundations. We are here to help: You will learn quickly, we promise! If you get stuck, tap on any card and the app will automatically make a valid move if one exists.

Using speech at the game together with the iOS Voice Access feature, or using a switch device together with the iOS Switch Access feature, means can all playing cards can be moved around the game using either speech or a switch. A short video showing the Accessible Solitaire games being played on an iPad mini with VoiceOver, Voice Control and Switch Control, is at: https://youtu.be/VKanx3K_4zA. First in the Klondike Solitaire game, a card is moved using the VoiceOver screen reader. After the move is complete, VoiceOver announces available moves in the game. Then VoiceOver is turned off, Voice Control is turned on, and a card is moved using voice input. Then Voice Control is turn off, Switch Control is turned on, and a card is moved using an Xbox Adaptive Controller. Then still using Switch Control, the app moves to a game of Pyramid Solitaire, and a card is discarded from the pyramid using the Xbox Adaptive Controller. Then Switch Control is turned off, Voice Control is turned on and cards are discarded from the pyramid using voice input. Then Voice Control is turned off, VoiceOver is turned on, and the game play continues using VoiceOver. After a move is completed, VoiceOver announces available moves in the game.
