MQTT Push Client vs ThingAlarm

The developers of the RadioShuttle LoRa peer-to-peer solutions made a universal MQTT push solution. The “MQTT Push Client” app and the corresponding push server Internet service are now available and are offered by RadioShuttle.de. Practical examples are the remote control of IoT devices, e.g. light on/off or alarm system activation.The push notification then allows sending important messages such as burglary, a water problem, defective cooling, temperature statistics, etc. directly to a mobile phone or to all mobile phones of a group, e.g. a family. The MQTT Push solution can be operated universally in any MQTT environment. Messages for defined MQTT topics are automatically reported to the app users within seconds as push messages with banners, optionally with an alarm tone. App users can send predefined MQTT messages via an action menu, which can automate further processes via the MQTT server. ThingAlarm is an app for monitoring IoT sensor data. Data is sent to ThingAlarm via interfaces such as HTTP(s) from a sensor or a LoRaWAN network server. In the web console, the user defines various rules to specify which events should trigger a push notification to the ThingAlarm app clients. The app can notify users, for example, when a temperature threshold is exceeded or a smoke detector is triggered.
