We've chopped up the entire surface of the Earth into around 16 trillion squares of approximately 3m squared and condensed it all into a few characters after a post / zip code. Add a short extension to international post codes / zip codes to pinpoint any location to within 3m. So that's a resolution of just 3m and just with a few characters after the normal post / zip code. Handy yeah? Oh, and your codes are free for ever. You can share star codes with anyone. Entering a star code in the search box or following a shared link opens the location in PostCodeStar and you can navigate with Google Maps.
