Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Nar Ecza at 67% against Desa's 40%. Nar Ecza also leads on ratings volume (51 vs 2). Desa's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (monthly vs every 5 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Desa holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nar Ecza has 51 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of Desa's written reviews are positive against 67% of Nar Ecza's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Desa ships an update monthly, Nar Ecza every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
