The Operation Outbreak (OO) app uses Bluetooth to simulate the spread of a "virtual pathogen" through phones. Play an outbreak simulation with this app to learn how to stop the spread of disease by adopting preventive measures such as social distancing and mask wearing, answering quizzes about biology and public health, and working together as a team with the rest of the outbreak participants. You will need a code from a simulation organizer in order to play.

"Microbiomes" teaches about bacteria, viruses, and their environment in a playful and interactive way. Solve unique and challenging puzzles by using different microbes and their special interactions. Face new strategic challenges like antibiotics and fluctuating pH levels! Step by step, the complex relationships between the different microbes and their environment become tangible. The game features 46 levels and 10 different microbes! "Microbiomes" was developed by Koboldgames in collaboration with the NCCR Microbiome (funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation) and kindly sponsored by the Leenaards Foundation and the Herbette Foundation.
