Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: Stellaris at 4.0 against OGame's 2.6. Stellaris also leads on ratings volume (1.6K vs 53). OGame's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
