About

Team Divider

Your players are here. Make the teams, change what you need and send everyone the lineup. Team Divider brings random draws, skill balancing, saved rosters and round plans together on a clear team board. Whether it is a football match, a doubles session, a classroom activity or a game with friends, start with the people taking part today. Choose a random draw or use optional ratings to help match the teams. Add your group once Enter names, paste a list from a message, or paste rows from a spreadsheet. Bring in ratings, roles and attendance with the names when you have them. Two people with the same name stay separate, so both keep their place. Save a roster for your regular game, your class or another group. Mark absent people as sitting out for today and bring them back next time. Favorites and search help you find the group or player you need. Choose how to divide Set the number of teams or the number of people on each team. Make pairs, small groups or a larger draw. If the player count does not divide evenly, check the team sizes before you continue. Random makes a fresh draw. Skill balanced uses your ratings to aim for closer team strengths. You can also spread roles across teams, assign captains and keep selected people together or apart. Compare shows the team averages and role counts for your own review. Keep the parts you like The board puts teams next to one another, making it easier to see where everyone has landed. Tap two players to swap, drag a player or choose where to move them. Lock a player or a whole team before shuffling the others. Undo a change to return to the previous lineup. Rename teams and choose their colors so the result makes sense to the people playing. Your rules and locks come first; the app explains when they cannot all fit the requested teams. When someone joins late or leaves early, update who is playing without rebuilding your list. Preview the changes before applying them. Keep teams close to their current lineup or rebalance the unlocked players, then undo if you want the previous teams back. Have another round ready Make a plan of 2–12 rounds, save it and move to the next round as you play. Keep up to five plans ready for different sessions. Share a round on its own or send the whole plan to the group. Mark each round finished when you are done. Your current round and completed rounds are saved, so you can return to the plan where you left it. Recent-teammate rotation helps vary who plays together. Ratings, roles and rotation guide the draw rather than guarantee a perfect match or a unique combination every time. A small group or strict rules may need some repeated teammates. Choose someone for a turn Use the name picker for a captain, volunteer or the next person to play. Pick one person or several from those present. Each pick stays out of the pool until you reset it, even after reopening the app. Make the selected players captains when you are ready to create teams. Show it. Share it. Use presentation mode to put larger player names on screen. Share the lineup as text, copy it for a message, or create a light or dark team-sheet image. Long lists continue onto extra image pages, so the full group is included. Personal skill ratings stay out of the presentation and shared sheets. Come back to your groups Reopen recent team results, keep saved rosters for another day and export a backup of your rosters and history. Import a backup when you want to bring your groups to another device. Light, dark and system appearance options let you choose how the app looks. Team Divider supports 2–500 players and up to 64 teams. There is no daily team-creation limit. The app includes advertising, with an optional rewarded ad for a break from ads. Every feature remains available without choosing that option.
