Canal de comunicación entre la ciudadanía y el Ayuntamiento de Terrassa para avisar de incidencias de mantenimiento en elementos urbanos: mobiliario urbano, calles, arbolado, zonas verdes, señalización y limpieza viaria. ¿Cómo funciona? Seleccionas el tipo de elemento afectado (un banco, una señal, un contenedor, etc.), el tipo de incidencia (roto, sucio, etc.) y su ubicación en un plano. También puedes adjuntar una imagen y añadir las observaciones que consideres oportunas. Además, puedes seguir el estado de la incidencia. Opcionalmente, puedes indicar tus datos de contacto por si fuera necesario ponerse en contacto contigo durante la resolución de la incidencia.
