Raise hens, breed them and discover how plumage, combs and feather patterns pass from parents to chicks. How chicks come to look like their parents is based on the real rules of genetics. A gentle breeding game to play at your own pace. ■ Breeding is predicting Before you pair two birds, you see which chicks they could have and the chance of each. A hidden trait can skip a generation. The lineage book notes what you know and works out what each bird carries. What the book says is always true. ■ Real rules, traits you can see Dominant and recessive, a shade that fades with every copy of the blue gene, sex-linked genes. Crests, feathered feet, four comb types (single, rose, pea and walnut), barring, speckles, stars, blue eggs… Every trait shows on the hen, however small she is. ■ An album of 576 Across every combination of plumage, comb and pattern, the album holds 576 different birds. You can collect every one just by playing. ■ Village life Every day a dealer brings 3 new birds. Villagers ask for eggs, or for birds with specific traits. In the lab, Doctor Gregor finds out which hidden genes each bird carries. Complete the goals in his notebook and you'll learn to play without noticing. ■ Short visits Hens keep laying and eggs keep incubating while you're away. When you come back, a new chick may be waiting. Each visit takes 1 to 3 minutes. ■ Gentle rules • No paid randomness: you always know what you're buying. • No energy bar. • Birds never get sick or die. ■ And more • Pixel art hens, roosters and chicks • Plays offline • Eleven languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Catalan (Valencian), Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Korean and Thai • The game is free. In-app purchases: golden eggs (speed up incubation and growth), Big farm (one-time purchase) and Coop Club (monthly auto-renewing subscription, 7 days free the first time) Privacy Policy: https://pockethens.web.app/privacy Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
