NOTE: this app is for tip411 customers to manage their tip411 activity. It is not for use by citizens to submit tips. The tip411 Admin app allows tip411 agency users to view anonymous tips submitted by their citizens. The app also lets agency users create alerts (depending upon their tip411 subscription).
