Trinium MC3 vs CAPcargo Driver

Trinium MC3 is a mobile app designed for truck drivers who work for intermodal trucking companies that use Trinium TMS (transportation management system) as their back office operating system. MC3 is installed on handheld devices for use by truck drivers. MC3 is an extension of the main Trinium TMS application, enabling improved productivity throughout the operation of the intermodal trucking company. MC3 functionality includes mobile dispatch workflow, document capture, signature capture, GPS tracking, and geofencing capabilities. MC3 is used by owner operators and employees drivers alike. To operate MC3, the trucking company must have active Trinium TMS and Trinium MC3 licensing or subscription agreements.

The CAPcargo Driver App has been developed for drivers and mobile workers of transportation companies and logistic service providers. Order and tour data are automatically sent out of the CAPcargo Transport Management System TMS to the vehicle and vice versa. With the mobile device, which is offline capable, all relevant activities are supported: - Tour activities like loading, unloading, etc. are displayed in a simplified view. - Order details - Additional stop information like opening hours or contact details - Scanning of packages - Delivery confirmation (sign on glass) - Camera integration e.g. to document irregularities or scan documents - Vehicle tracking - Chat functionality with office The intuitive user guidance allows an efficient working on the vehicle. The full integration into the CAPcargo TransportManagementSystem, based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, is setting the work of the drivers and subcontractors in the focus.
