OpenNotes vs Advent and Christmas stickers

Show your support and enthusiasm for OpenNotes and transparency in health care with these stickers! OpenNotes is an international movement that urges doctors, nurses, and others to share the notes they write about a visit with patients. We call these opennotes. By reading notes, people are more likely to take their medications, recall and follow care plans, detect medical errors in time to prevent serious consequences, and enhance trust and teamwork with clinicians. To learn more about OpenNotes visit their website at www.opennotes.org. Includes 13 animated stickers.
