OES is the official mobile app for the Online Event Staffing platform. Stay connected to your staffing workflow in real time — manage your availability, apply for shifts, review your schedule, and get notified the moment new opportunities or assignments are posted. OES supports organizations that manage extra-duty, overtime, urgent shift, and event-based staffing. FEATURES INCLUDE: • Instant push notifications for new shifts, assignments, and updates • Apply for available shifts and staffing opportunities • View upcoming assignments and job details • Review job instructions and attached files when provided • Manage assigned shifts and schedule information • Confirm hours or complete post-event sign-off when required • Access training modules when enabled • Manage your profile, skills, and notification preferences • Set your availability so coordinators know when you can work GETTING STARTED: On first launch, connect to your organization by searching for your agency's name, abbreviation, or city — then sign in with your OES member credentials. An active account with an organization using the OES platform is required to use this app.
