The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 今日闻喜 at none against Carnitrix's 2. 今日闻喜 also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Carnitrix's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months) and device support (4 vs 2). On price and ads there is nothing between them.
