Unrack

Unrack is a workout log built around one goal: get you logging your first set in under five seconds. No feeds, no follows, no streaks, no badges, and no AI coach telling you how to train. Just your sets, saved fast. LOG A SET IN SECONDS Start a workout, pick an exercise, and enter weight and reps on a compact number pad built for the gym — no system keyboard, no extra taps. When the pre-filled numbers already match what you're about to do, one tap logs the set. Rest starts automatically the moment you do. REMEMBERS YOUR LAST WORKOUT Unrack pre-fills every set from what you actually did last time. Hit the top of your rep range on every set and the next session suggests the next weight up, marked so you can see it. Repeat a whole past workout with one tap when you want to run it back exactly. BUILDS TODAY'S WORKOUT FROM YOUR HISTORY Tell Unrack how you split your training and it puts together today's session from what you've trained least recently — no canned programs, no subscription plan picked for you. Review it, adjust it, or start it as-is. If your equipment is taken mid-session, swap an exercise for a similar one without losing the sets you already did. STAYS OUT OF YOUR WAY One screen, no tabs, no navigation to dig through mid-set. Log warm-up and drop sets alongside your working sets. Track effort (RPE, RIR or a simple tier) only if you want to — it's off by default. Add optional notes. Skip or nudge the rest countdown with a tap. A Lock Screen Live Activity keeps your current set and rest timer visible without opening the app. WORKS OFFLINE, BY DESIGN Your workouts live in a local database on your iPhone. Typed or pasted workout text is parsed entirely on device and never leaves your phone. There is no account to create and no login screen. YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE Back up your workouts to a file whenever you want, or turn on optional iCloud sync (off by default) to keep them in your own private iCloud storage across your devices. Optionally save finished workouts to Apple Health — Unrack never reads your Health data. Either way, nothing is ever sent to us: we don't run a server, and we don't want your data. Shortcuts, Siri and the Action button can start today's workout, log your next set or finish a session without opening the app. No social feed. No gamification. No AI coach. Just fast, honest logging.
