BOLD is a Lagree Fitness Studio that offers a 50 minute full-body workout that is low impact and high intensity. Our experienced team of instructors will guide you through slow and controlled resistance training on a machine called the Megaformer. While large and robust in size, the Megaformer ensures that you are both supported and safe, while challenging you throughout your Megaformer fitness journey. Here at BOLD, we feel passionately that the Lagree Fitness Method is hands down the most effective full-body workout there is.
