Hi there! I am Maria Maersk, I have an MD, PhD, and offers individual and team courses in corporate mindfulness. I help leaders and employees thrive at work, being more efficient and resilient. The “Practice mindfulness” App contain a special developed audio program with exercises for increased inner balance, focus and joy in every day life. Training focus increases your performance and success, both at work and in your professional and private relationships. Every exercise targets a specific challenge, as overthinking, sleeplessness, physical or psychological pain, which often is caused by stress or pressure. The program is developed as a supplement for my courses, but can give you a feeling of, how you yourself can work on achieving increased focus and inner calmness. I recommend that you listening to an exercise at least once a day for a week, before you proceed with the next mindfulness meditation on the list. Are you interested in more information of how this kind of training and my courses can help you thrive at work, perform better, and feel more joyful, you are welcome to write me your questions or call me from the APP. I wish you a very pleasant experience following the program, and I look forward to receiving your feedback, as well as your questions. The first exercise of the program is for free. It is possible to acquire the subsequent meditations as an in-app-purchase for only 49 Dkr for unlimited use for as long as the App is available.
