Second Pull is built for barbell-based training that uses plates, percentages, and structured sessions. Calculate plates instantly, move through lifts without guessing mid-session, and follow structured training programs without spreadsheets or manual program re-entry. Second Pull tracks training volume automatically so you can stay focused on lifting, not managing numbers. Use a coach’s program or upload your own — no lift-by-lift entry required. After dedicating my whole life to weightlifting I’ve decided to pass all the infomation and knowledge to every person who wants to learn the Art of lifting Heavy-Weights with the best technique and speed. All weightlifting programs in this app have been personally created by me. Throughout my years of experience as a weightlifter, I have experimented with many different training methods. After each competition I analysed my notes to determine which correlated with the best results. Through this I have managed to develop training methods which both maximised my results, and kept me free from any serious injuries. My belief is that every weightlifter is looking to make constant progress, avoid serious injuries, and ultimately maximise their results in competition. If these goals match yours, then feel free to browse through and choose any of my programs.
