Some thoughts need a little room. ThoughtWell offers a quiet place to pause, explore a difficult moment, and put your thoughts into words. Leave it there, or explore another perspective. A short reflection is welcome, too. Take a Moment Choose from five brief pauses: Breathe Slowly, Feel Your Support, Notice Your Senses, Tap a Steady Rhythm, and Name What’s Here. Nothing to finish or measure. Look back when you’re ready Revisit saved reflections and find them by words, feelings, or time. Optional observations in Across Time draw only from your saved reflections, show their sources, and can be dismissed. Keep your writing private Your reflections are stored locally on your device. Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: ThoughtWell at 5.0 against MizzouRec's 2.4. MizzouRec's advantage is ratings volume (11 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
ThoughtWell holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MizzouRec has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
