Track time the easy way! The app makes logging time a piece of cake while also helping to stay focused. The app gives an insight into your daily habits and helps you to understand better what you spend your time on. It relies on notifications to periodically ask what you are doing and also provides a way to answer on the go (use dictation to make it faster!). Don't worry though, interacting with arriving notification is designed to be as unobtrusive as possible. It is an ideal app if you are interested in: - time tracking - a reliable way of logging time - reducing procrastination - increasing productivity How it works: The app will send you a notification and ask about what are you occupied with. To answer, you can either choose from the list of activities called ROUTINES defined by you in settings or just provide an answer as you go. Features: YOU CAN ALWAYS TURN NOTIFICATIONS OFF If you don't want to be disturbed with notifications anymore, simply open the app and tap on the orange switch displayed on the top of the home page YOU CHOOSE HOW OFTEN It is up to you how often notifications are sent. To change it adjust repeat interval in the app's settings. IT IS NOT WRITTEN IN STONE You have access to all your saved activity in the app and you can easily edit it in case you missed a notification. PROVIDE MORE CONTEXT You can provide more information to logged activity by adding tags and comments. It may come in handy, especially if you plan to analyze it or because it will help you to bill by the hour. EXPORT YOUR DATA You can export all registered activity with its auxiliary data you provided like tags or comments.

Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: TAKE at 5.0 against Project's 4.7. Project's advantage is ratings volume (15 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

TAKE holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Project has 15 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
